Whether omnivore, carnivore, pescatarian, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or Paleo, Chef Jerome will customize your meal plan exactly to your culinary needs and desires.
Tryall’s only Rastafarian chef, Chef Jerome’s culinary background ranges from Italian to Mediterranean and Asian to American cuisines. Whether you are seeking traditional Jamaican dishes, fried chicken or Italian food, Chef Jerome will prepare meals that will satisfy and surprise and have you booking your next vacation at Sundance before your first one is even finished.
If you are interested, the chef can host cooking classes during your stay. His Chardonnay Dijon Vinaigrette is almost famous and something you will want to have in your refrigerator at all times as a taste of your time at Sundance.
